Remote People Services Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a People Services Specialist, providing day-to-day support to employees, managers, and the broader People team. This role involves handling various tasks, including responding to employee inquiries, managing HR systems and records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and supporting People programs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a Coordinator or Specialist role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in HR related tools and systems (Workday, Greenhouse)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Working knowledge of HR programs, procedures, and processes

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
• Support HR Technology administration, including data entry, reporting, and system audit/maintenance
• Scheduling Interviews, maintaining action items in Greenhouse
• Ensure background check clearance, escalating risks to People Partners, Employee Relations and Recruiting for further consideration
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires and interns, including coordinating onboarding and ensuring the completion of all required documentation
• Manage the offboarding process, including coordination with payroll/IT
• Support additional people initiatives throughout the year such as performance management, internship program, immigration, etc
