Summary
Join SAVii, a company revolutionizing employee wellness, as an HR Business Partner. You will play a key role in driving employee performance and culture, ensuring alignment with company policies and processes. This position involves collaborating with the HR Centre of Excellence and Talent Acquisition to advocate for business needs, conducting investigations and disciplinary actions, and developing HR analytics to support business success. You will also be responsible for managing talent assessment, performance, and compensation review processes, collaborating with Learning & Development on individual development and succession plans, and supporting the implementation of HR strategies. As the face of HR to the business, you will provide advice and guidance to managers on performance and conduct matters, facilitate employee and labor relations requirements, and assist in designing and implementing HR policies, systems, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Proven track record of working with HR metrics
- Hands-on experience in HR analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with HR systems and database management
- Strong skills in active listening, negotiation, and presenting
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all organizational levels
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Responsibilities
- Shall drive the employee performance and culture while ensuring that all people-related initiatives are in line with the policies and processes set by the company
- Shall work with the local HR Centre of Excellence and Talent Acquisition to advocate for the business needs in order to progress the company’s agenda
- Build a business case to support in conducting investigations and disciplinary actions
- Develop and present HR analytics that will support business success and transformation
- As the face of HR to business, drive the effective and efficient deployment of people solutions and experience, in partnership with Total Rewards, EE and Talent Acquisition
- Manage the annual talent assessment, performance and compensation review processes across the business in partnership with HR Strategy and Total Rewards
- In collaboration with Learning & Development, ensure that individual development and succession plans are executed
- Support the Head of People with the implementation of HR strategies, e.g. Future skills training; employee engagement, succession bench-strength, automation and analytics, and other HR transformation projects
- Provide advice, guidance and support to managers on performance and conduct matters and own the full facilitation of employee and labor relations requirements
- Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies, systems and processes
- Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties, and responsibilities to be assigned by the Employer in due course
- Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Employer through its authorized representatives
- Shall not disclose any confidential information in respect of the affairs of the Employer to any unauthorized person
- Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties assigned by any representative of the Employer from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the banking or fintech sectors is preferred
