Requirements

  • Be willing to relocate to Shanghai, China
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in performance marketing and influencer marketing, with a demonstrated track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in managing and motivating a high-performing marketing team
  • Demonstrate a proficiency in various marketing platforms and tools, including digital marketing, social media, content management systems, and analytics tools
  • Have strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions
  • Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in conveying marketing strategies and results to team members and stakeholders in English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond effectively to shifting priorities; showing flexibility and adaptability to meet new challenges and embrace changes in the market or within the company

Responsibilities

  • Work with the country manager and key stakeholders to build a marketing strategy and marketing mix tailored to the Taiwan and Hong Kong market, focusing on long-term growth objectives
  • Oversee and optimize key marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, content, traditional advertising, and performance marketing. Regularly review, audit, and plan strategies to ensure high ROI and channel effectiveness
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities across both existing and new channels to expand the business. Drive performance marketing initiatives as the primary media buyer, ensuring efficiency and results
  • Define and implement the customer journey strategy, enhancing the effectiveness of the marketing funnel and ensuring an aligned experience from awareness to conversion
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Taiwan marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will upskill the team in the latest marketing techniques to ensure superior results and continuous improvement
  • Build and refine processes to detect points of improvement early on and take corrective action to optimize campaign performance
