Requirements

• Have professional experience in performance marketing or a degree in online marketing, data analysis, or a related analytical field of study
• Possess a quick understanding and intuitively grasp complex marketing contexts
• Have excellent analytical skills and a meticulous work style
• Be ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and continuously improve and truly master performance marketing
• Work independently, efficiently, and proactively find solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies
• Manage accounts and budgets
• Work in a team with clear structures and high-quality standards
• Plan, implement, and optimize paid ads campaigns on Meta, Taboola, and Outbrain
• Develop scalable campaign strategies to improve performance (ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, etc.)
• Analyze and interpret campaign data to continuously improve performance
• Manage and scale campaign budgets while considering KPIs
• Independently manage projects and work closely with clients to ensure that goals are met or exceeded
• Use efficient processes and clear structures to make quick progress
• Work closely with colleagues from copywriting and creative to fully leverage the potential for our clients
