Summary
Join Rula as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager and lead efforts to expand the provider network in key states. You will develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase awareness and acquisition of mental health providers, ensuring the company meets patient demand and maintains high-quality care. This role involves owning Rula’s provider positioning strategy, building full-funnel campaigns across various channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will tailor strategies to specific market dynamics, optimize performance, and contribute significantly to shaping Rula’s provider growth strategy. The position requires a strong analytical background and proven success in B2B2C performance marketing. This is a high-impact, full-time, fully remote role.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a focus on B2B2C or multi-sided marketplaces
- Proven track record of launching multi-channel acquisition campaigns (SEM, paid social, email, etc.) with measurable ROI and CAC improvement, and full-funnel conversion optimization, including lead nurturing and retargeting strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation (A/B testing), performance reporting, and marketing attribution
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to drive coordinated go-to-market execution
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities and limited structure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for campaign strategy, cross-functional alignment, and executive updates
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase awareness and acquisition of mental health providers
- Own Rula’s provider positioning strategy to differentiate our brand and establish thought leadership
- Build and scale full-funnel campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Test and expand into new marketing channels—such as paid social, influencer, direct mail, referral, and community marketing—to cost-effectively reach and activate providers
- Tailor strategies to state-specific market dynamics and continuously optimize performance across the funnel to improve conversion and ROI
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, and Sales to ensure alignment from messaging through onboarding
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with state-level/localized marketing strategies or geo-targeted campaigns
- Prior ownership of provider- or clinician-facing acquisition initiatives in healthcare or health tech
- Familiarity with marketplace dynamics where supply and demand must grow in tandem
- Strong understanding of behavioral segmentation and persona development
- Comfort with low-fidelity testing and agile experimentation cycles
