Requirements

• Several years of experience in paid media/performance marketing
• Proficient in Ads Managers of Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and data-driven mindset
• High level of initiative and empathy with stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• On top of top-notch English, full proficiency in one of the following languages: German, French, or Dutch

Responsibilities

• Create paid social media campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Develop and optimize media plans for a B2B funnel with Sales and Creative
• Manage budgets independently and support new processes and projects
• Analyze KPIs, review campaign performance, and define optimization plans
• Communicate campaign performance analyses and optimization measures with Creative
