Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-region campaigns and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI
  • Advanced knowledge of platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Display Network, and programmatic platforms like DV360
  • Skilled in analyzing data using tools like Google Analytics and extracting actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Expertise in developing and optimizing ad creatives, including video, static, and interactive formats, in collaboration with design teams
  • Experience with tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, pixel implementations), attribution modeling, and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong communication skills to present strategies and performance insights clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Agile in adopting new platforms, trends, and techniques, with a proactive approach to testing emerging opportunities
  • Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs for paid media campaigns and delivering measurable business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global paid social and display advertising strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals
  • Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including creative development, audience targeting, and bid strategies across platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and presenting reports focused on growth opportunities and key KPIs like ROI and CTR
  • Plan and allocate budgets efficiently across channels, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve campaign objectives
  • Implement advanced segmentation strategies using first-party data, behavioral insights, and demographic profiling to ensure relevance and engagement
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to refine ad creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies, continuously improving campaign efficiency
  • Manage relationships with platforms and external agencies, staying informed of platform updates and best practices
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align campaigns with local market needs while maintaining global consistency
