Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing & Communications, or a related area of study
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, preferably within an e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-driven platform
  • Strong expertise in paid media, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English is a MUST

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and display marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Optimize search engine marketing (Google Ads, etc.) and organic search performance to enhance visibility and drive traffic
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and remarketing efforts to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools, ensuring continuous optimization
  • Develop A/B testing strategies for landing pages, ads, and website elements to maximize conversions
  • Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI
  • Work closely with content, product, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies to refine strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup or the venture capital space is a plus
  • Passion for luxury watches and the broader collector ecosystem is a plus
