Performance Marketing Manager

Summary

Join Skrapp.io, a SaaS company, as a Performance Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing and growth strategies. You will manage influencer marketing programs, oversee video advertising campaigns across various platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.), run paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, etc.), and plan and execute Google Ads campaigns. Collaborate with creative and content teams to create high-performing ads and track campaign performance using data-driven optimization. This is a fully remote contractor/freelancer position offering 25 paid days off per year plus national holidays, flexible hours, and team retreats.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in influencer outreach, video ads, social ads, and Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset
• Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results
• Creative thinker with a passion for testing new channels and strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage influencer marketing programs to boost brand awareness and engagement
• Oversee video advertising campaigns (YouTube, Meta, TikTok etc.) with a focus on ROI and storytelling
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora and other relevant platforms
• Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube) to drive acquisition and conversions
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to build high-performing ad creatives
• Track, analyze, and report on performance, using data to continuously optimize campaigns
