Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing and e-commerce growth
• Expertise in paid media management, including A/B testing and ad optimization
• A solid grasp of direct-response marketing principles and what drives conversions
• A highly analytical mindset paired with a knack for creative problem-solving
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple deadlines with ease

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact experiments and strategies to acquire customers while slashing CPA
• Take ownership of paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)—from planning to execution and optimization
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, tweak strategies, and always stay ahead of trends to hit and exceed KPIs
• Optimize funnels, from landing pages to ads, driving conversion rates to new heights
• Work with designers, developers, and video editors to deliver high-performing marketing assets
• Don’t just follow the playbook—rewrite it. Use your creativity to build strategies that others wouldn’t dare try
