Requirements

  • Previous experience submitting plans to municipalities

Responsibilities

  • Assists management team with development projects from entitlements process through construction
  • Assists team with Site Feasibility studies and due diligence research and outlines risks associated with development of projects
  • Processes and tracks various permits for multiple jobs/projects
  • Provides periodic updates on contractual milestones and problem areas
  • Coordinates with key consultants and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of plans and materials
  • Assists with drafting redlines and site plan design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, urban planning, or architecture preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills ability to multi-task various projects
  • Ability to provide timely and reliable information to clients and team members on a regular basis
