Summary
Join a fast-growing consumer tech company as a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO. This strategic role requires managing the CEO's calendar, inbox, and travel, as well as coordinating key internal initiatives and communications. You will act as a liaison with investors and clients, ensuring efficient information management and prioritization. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Requirements
- BS/BA degree (preferred) or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 6 years of post-college work experience, at least 2 years as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or executive team member at a tech startup or VC firm
- Incredibly proactive, ability to take initiative, operate autonomously to get answers, context, and the data to solve problems
- Excellent EQ, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, empathetic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, follow through skills, meet deadlines, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive things to completion
- High level of drive, a self-starter
- High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
- Strong scheduling / coordination skills, adaptable, flexible with last-minute changes
- Ability to work independently and thrives under pressure in a quickly changing environment
- A positive attitude / outlook has an optimistic approach to work and life
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High degree of proficiency with productivity processes & tools (e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets, expense reporting)
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOβs calendar, inbox, travel logistics, and day-to-day priorities with precision and discretion
- Track and drive forward key internal initiatives by coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and timelines across departments
- Draft and manage internal memos, executive updates, and board-facing materials with clarity and a high degree of polish
- Organize key documents, meeting notes, and strategic plans to ensure quick access and alignment
- Serve as a trusted filter for incoming requests, protecting the CEOβs time and focusing on what matters most
- Act as a liaison with investors, clients, and internal stakeholders with grace and professionalism
