Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of post-college work experience
- At least 2 years as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or executive team member at a tech startup or VC firm
- Be incredibly proactive and able to take initiative
- Possess excellent EQ, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and empathy
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate a high level of drive and be a self-starter
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
- Possess strong scheduling/coordination skills, adaptability, and flexibility with last-minute changes
- Be able to work independently and thrive under pressure in a quickly changing environment
- Maintain a positive attitude/outlook and have an optimistic approach to work and life
- Possess strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Have a high degree of proficiency with productivity processes & tools (e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets, expense reporting)
