Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Medical Coordinator or similar role is preferred
  • Some knowledge of personal injury cases is required
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Residing in California or Nevada is a requirement
  • Bilingual in Spanish required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate medical appointments for clients, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up
  • Manage and organize medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Communicate with healthcare providers, clients, and attorneys to facilitate the exchange of medical information and update on case status
  • Assist attorneys in obtaining and summarizing medical records for case preparation
