We're looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to develop, launch, and optimize marketing programs to drive demand for products and services in the automotive segment.
Responsibilities
- Align business strategies into campaign strategies to increase sales pipeline
- Understand the buyer β pain points, demographics, how they buy, and how to engage them
- Assist with building monthly/quarterly program content and tactics aligned to the buyerβs journey/product roadmap following modern marketing best practices
- Help implement a campaign strategy balancing the need to produce immediate pipeline while also developing future demand
- Understand evolving marketing trends and channels that increase demand creation and brand awareness
- Leverage expertise in full funnel (marketing and sales) capabilities, including automation, to maximize campaign impact
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to create and optimize campaign strategies across digital marketing, website, social media, events, and partnerships
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement/Sales to extend and amplify campaign strategies with SDRs and Account Executives
- Leverage internal and external subject matter experts for thought leadership, compelling content, and increased campaign effectiveness
- Build, manage, and communicate monthly/quarterly campaign plans
- Coordinate the ongoing development of campaign content
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns, and other automated marketing journeys via HubSpot & Outreach
- Optimize campaign mix to maximize return
- Analyze data to monitor the success of programs and optimize activities based on results
- Deliver campaign performance reports monthly for cross-functional visibility and discussion of what is working and how to improve performance
- Ensure that the KPA brand and identity is adhered to in all program tactics and channels
- Stay abreast of marketing best practices to ensure programs remain cutting edge
