Pipeline Director

Join our team of enthusiastic teachers to provide one-on-one and classroom English lessons to students in China from the comfort of your own home.

Requirements

• Availability. Our students are based in China so the working hours need to accommodate their schedules
• Monday-Friday: 4PM-10PM BJT (1 on 1)
• Saturday-Sunday: 9AM-10PM BJT (1 on 1)
• Monday-Friday: 9am-4PM BJT (Classroom)
• Commitment. We ask our teachers make a 6 month or 1 year commitment to ensure continuity for our students
• Good communication skills
• Experience with or an interest in teaching or working with children
• Native English speaker or speak the language at an advanced idiomatic level
• Experience working in English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL) preferred
• Familiarity with MS Office programs, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High-speed internet connection

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one online English tutoring in 30 minute or one-hour sessions
• Provide classroom online English tutoring in 40-45 minutes per session
• Provide helpful feedback to students
