Requirements

• Demonstrated experience identifying owned and earned media opportunities
• Your interest in staying on top of current industry trends and their impact on UM’s strategies
• Interest in fostering a culture of ideation and collaboration, driving innovative solutions
• Demonstrate strong business communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading the development of Connections Blueprints and Plans, driving market-leading processes
• Ability to identify and pursue non-traditional partnership opportunities, elevating advisory status with clients
• Experience delivering compelling client presentations and maintain respectful agency partnerships

Responsibilities

• Overseeing implementation recommendations and optimal connection plans across all channels
• Driving exploration of non-traditional partnership opportunities and fostering collaboration across UM’s specialized teams
• Championing industry innovation and driving future-focused approaches for our clients
• Utilizing your 8+ years of experience and deep knowledge of the Australian media landscape to inform strategic decisions
• Mentoring and developing Senior Planning Managers while collaborating closely with Client leads and the trading team
• Leveraging strong media relationships to identify and capitalize on client opportunities beyond conventional briefs
