Summary

Join Power Digital as a Director, B2B Planning, and dedicate yourself to driving growth for B2B clients. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in cross-channel media strategy/planning, preferably in an agency setting
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B media strategy, with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing and strategic cross-channel media planning
  • Proven expertise in developing B2B media strategies, including campaign structures, audience targeting, and optimization techniques
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, lead generation strategies, and sales funnel dynamics within B2B markets
  • Familiarity with digital media platforms, including social media, search, streaming, programmatic advertising, and influencer marketing, particularly in B2B contexts
  • Extensive knowledge of owned, earned, and paid marketing channels, B2B audience development tools, and familiarity with 1st party data solutions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Highly dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a self-starter
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and decision making skills; ability to clearly communicate complex strategies to senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations
  • Team-oriented and collaborative, effective interpersonal skills, highly organized

Responsibilities

  • Develop Strategic Cross-Channel B2B Media Plans: Create tailored media plans for B2B enterprise clients, ensuring that budget allocation, timing, and media mix align with client objectives and broader business strategies
  • Identify the most effective media investment, across channels, including but not limited to, Programmatic, ABM, Search, Social, Lifecycle, etc
  • As the client facing dedicated Planner, work closely with the account team to continuously manage and optimize the media investment strategies to drive performance
  • Lead B2B Planning Product: Oversee and lead the development, execution, and evolution of our B2B media planning deliverable(s). This includes facilitating high-quality client work and ensuring that processes, teams, and outputs are maximized for client success
  • ABM Planning Support: Develop and refine target account lists using audience analysis tools, competitive insights, and industry trends to align with client goals and optimize ABM strategies
  • Strategically plan data-driven account-based media strategies, including budget planning, outlining targeting, platform selection, and target account list validation, to drive engagement and measurable results
  • Support ABM Product Development: Serve as a strategic advisor in the creation of innovative ABM solutions, integrating insights and collaborating with teams to achieve client objectives and lead generation goals
  • Oversee Process Improvement & Efficiency: Drive operational efficiency through tools, processes, training, and product development enhancements to ensure scalability and meet client expectations
  • Team Mentorship: Deliver timely, constructive and actionable feedback to the Planning team members to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal account teams and clients to bring campaigns to life and ensure media plans align with performance metrics, attribution models, and client KPIs
  • Partner with the Data Intelligence team to continuously refine media strategies on priority accounts using incrementality testing results
  • New Business Support: Assist the Revenue and Analyst teams by creating collateral development, supporting pitches, and collaborating closely with the dedicated sales lead
  • Thought Leadership: Stay in the know on key industry trends, tools, partners, and innovations. Participate in events such as conferences, speaking opportunities, blog content and training. Develop unique and differentiated POVs on market trends
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
