Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of media planning and buying experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of digital, social, traditional, and programmatic media
- Proficiency in media platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, MediaOcean, Nielsen)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and provide strategic insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated media strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, offering strategic counsel and fostering strong relationships
- Partner with Creative and Brand Strategy teams to ensure seamless integration of media plans with broader campaigns
- Mentor and manage a team of media planners and buyers, fostering growth and development
- Oversee team workflows, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Media department
- Oversee the execution and optimization of campaigns across digital, social, traditional, and emerging channels
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure budgets are managed effectively, identifying opportunities to maximize efficiency and ROI
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and media opportunities to drive innovation
- Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, securing value-added opportunities for clients
- Advocate for new ideas and approaches to push boundaries and deliver exceptional results

Prior experience with government affairs, public policy, and policymaker audience
