Summary

Join GroundTruth's Platform team as a Program Coordinator (Contract) in Gurugram, India (remote option available). This role supports business objectives by managing campaigns, collaborating with specialists, and providing technical and operational support. You will handle client communication, campaign optimization, and data analysis. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in ad tech/digital advertising, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology. Requirements

  • 1 - 2 year of relevant experience in digital media, performance marketing, account management, or a similar role
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience trafficking campaigns and managing ad operations
  • A passion for technology with a deep understanding of the mobile and digital advertising landscape
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with an ability to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Platform Specialists and Team Leads to execute campaigns and projects
  • Partner with peers to manage clients’ backend requirements, overcome daily challenges, and foster growth
  • Support customer communication and always ensure a clear and professional tone
  • Handle technical and operational tasks set by managers and senior staff
  • Provide campaign management and optimization support, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Debug trafficking tags such as 1x1 pixels, JavaScript, VAST, Flashtalking, and DoubleClick
  • Monitor hybrid campaigns and ensure full delivery
  • Handle custom ad-hoc requests and reporting needs
  • Traffic and create new campaigns using Groundtruth's Ads Manager platform
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple campaigns simultaneously, leveraging data analytics to optimize results
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical guidance, campaign setup, and training requests
  • Review pacing reports and offer actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements during cross-functional collaboration
  • Track and resolve Zendesk Requests

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree

  • Organized with demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver timely work
  • A team player and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help when needed
  • Self-sufficient and not afraid to take the lead and manage tasks independently
