Summary

Join Qualia, a leading B2B real estate technology company, as a Sales Enablement Manager. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Qualia products, onboarding new Account Executives and Growth Managers, and ensuring quality product demos. Responsibilities include collaborating with Sales Leadership and Learning & Development to drive the Sales Enablement strategy, creating and delivering training programs, providing ongoing enablement support, and auditing product demos. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in sales training and enablement, a passion for helping others learn, and excellent communication skills. While based in Austin, Texas, remote work may be considered. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience driving sales training, training of customer-facing teams, and/or sales enablement
  • Passionate about helping others learn new concepts and grow professionally
  • Highly proficient at building trust with sales managers and across functions
  • Excel in execution, establishing priorities, and hitting deadlines in a sometimes ambiguous and changing environment
  • Experience designing curriculum and creating content for training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A track record of being organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Qualia products and related processes to the Core Sales, ENT Sales, GM, and/or Customer Transition teams, with the ability to articulate the benefits of those products and the solutions they offer for relevant business problems
  • Shepherd the onboarding and ramp of new Account Executives (AE) and Growth Managers (GM)
  • Provide quality assurance for product demos that the Core Sales, ENT Sales, GM, and/or Customer Transition teams hold with customers
  • Participate, as needed, in customer product demos in partnership with AEs and GMs to cover advanced or nuanced subject matter
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Learning & Development to drive the Sales Enablement strategy for our Core Sales, ENT Sales, GM, and/or Customer Transition teams
  • Create, deliver, and sustain ongoing training programs and curriculum (classroom, online, or informal) to enable growth and development opportunities for these teams
  • Provide ongoing enablement support via Slack
  • Provide product support on advanced or nuanced demos with prospects
  • Enable and coordinate learning activities for AEs and GMs during their ramp period and ongoing
  • Audit product demos for all AEs and GMs for QA with the purpose of ensuring their accuracy and improving their delivery
  • In partnership with Learning & Development, establish & create assessment and evaluation strategies to measure and iterate on the efficacy and value of training initiatives
