Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing , with a proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies from the ground up
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid acquisition, content marketing, and email automation
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, AI tools, etc)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft messaging for technical and business audiences
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams or external partners
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and products, informed by market research, competitive analysis, and business goals. Including pricing, positioning, and packaging of offerings
- Growth strategies
- Lead demand generation and lifecycle marketing campaigns across digital channels (SEO, PPC, email, social, content, webinars, and partnerships) to drive qualified leads and customer engagement. Working with our agencies and team members to maximize inbound lead generation
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, value-driven content that communicates our proposition and resonates with technical and business audiences
- Set KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and leverage analytics tools to optimize marketing initiatives, lower customer acquisition costs, and maximize ROI
- Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, support lead conversion, and enhance the customer journey
- Develop compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our solutions in the competitive SaaS landscape
- Conduct ongoing market and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Someone who loves making content, especially video and podcasts
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, product-led growth, and subscription-based models is highly desirable
