Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience, in a customer support/service or help desk role, ideally supporting a SaaS technology platform
  • HubSpot and/or similar CRM platform and telephony platforms
  • Managing tasks and overseeing ticket queues with our software tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage tickets and queues while working closely with the Workplace Tech team, ensuring that you prioritize tasks and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Onboarding/offboarding for corporate users for applications such as MyCRM, ClickUp,, Telephony and Freshdesk
  • Administration of relevant applications such as Freshdesk, HubSpot &ClickUp
  • Maintain contract management register (Vendor List) in ClickUp
  • Troubleshooting & escalation to relevant corporate application support teams
  • Convey product updates and newly introduced features through appropriate communication channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communications skills to effectively engage with internal & external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow through with requests for information or other tasks assigned
