Requirements

  • Consulting Background: 3-6 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent) focusing on business strategy, operations, or transformation is an added value
  • Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies
  • Ability to work across multiple business functions and manage complex, high-impact projects
  • Experience working with C-level executives and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives
  • Strong ability to assess business challenges, provide data-driven insights, and drive execution
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation projects
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills to ensure alignment and execution

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a structured project management framework to improve execution and efficiency across all departments
  • Partner with department heads to identify business challenges, provide strategic recommendations, and drive execution
  • Establish best practices, governance models, and policies to ensure consistency and accountability in project execution
  • Oversee and manage high-priority projects driven by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact
  • Lead company-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and stakeholder engagement
  • Define key success metrics for major projects, track progress, and implement continuous improvements
  • Identify and implement the right tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or relevant Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in digital transformation or enterprise-wide process improvements
