Requirements
- Consulting Background: 3-6 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent) focusing on business strategy, operations, or transformation is an added value
- Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies
- Ability to work across multiple business functions and manage complex, high-impact projects
- Experience working with C-level executives and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives
- Strong ability to assess business challenges, provide data-driven insights, and drive execution
- Experience leading large-scale transformation projects
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills to ensure alignment and execution
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a structured project management framework to improve execution and efficiency across all departments
- Partner with department heads to identify business challenges, provide strategic recommendations, and drive execution
- Establish best practices, governance models, and policies to ensure consistency and accountability in project execution
- Oversee and manage high-priority projects driven by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact
- Lead company-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and stakeholder engagement
- Define key success metrics for major projects, track progress, and implement continuous improvements
- Identify and implement the right tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or relevant Masterβs degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Experience in digital transformation or enterprise-wide process improvements
