Summary

The job is for a Portfolio Director in a healthcare and life sciences consulting company. Requirements

• Deeply understand the big picture and what success looks like for our clients
• Are an expert at forming relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor
• Have experience leading customer digital transformations
• Have experience managing and allocating a project delivery team of at least 10 direct reports of various levels and functions
• Have experience effectively leveraging contractors, on and off-shore
• Have experience managing project financials and achieving margin targets; coach PMs on project budgets to eliminate project overages
• Are a Salesforce Certified Professional and have 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience

Responsibilities

• Own the success of the customer projects within your portfolio
• Ensure your delivery team is providing an exceptional client experience for projects within your portfolio
• Manage team financial operations, aligned with the Gross Margin targets established for team by the Delivery organization
• Manage team staffing needs: proactively define and communicate position requirements and drive progress towards filling headcount
