  • 1+ years of experience in Commercial operations and maintenance, asset management, field service management or account management
  • 2+ years of experience in the solar energy industry
  • 3+ years of professional experience with proven professional acumen
  • Proven experience with client success and customer service
  • Experience with solar monitoring DAS platforms and alerts
  • Experience reading and interpreting solar system design drawings
  • Understanding of solar technology, monitoring systems, maintenance practices, and solar industry landscape

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and provide professional expertise around preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize production
  • Oversee a portfolio of 100-150 MW of distributed solar assets, driving efficiency and maximizing output (post -installation and PTO)
  • Provide professional summary and deep explanation, as needed, of monthly asset performance
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting: Utilize your technical prowess to resolve system issues, working closely with equipment, inverter, and DAS technical support
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with stakeholders from site owners to facilities personnel, cementing Omnidian's reputation for reliability and excellence
  • Provide service reports to demonstrate not only what we've achieved in the field but also what next steps are required
  • Create and manage tickets for planned and unplanned service activities
  • Coordinate external field service resources to ensure peak performance and minimize downtime, leaving no room for inefficiencies
  • Manage RMA processes and replacement of faulty components, including delivery and returns of equipment
  • Dispatch subcontracted O&M services for both planned maintenance and reactive issues with the agility of a true operations maestro

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of solar experience
  • 2+ years of Commercial post installation experience
