Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial Underwriting experience
• 5+ years of Underwriting Fintech / Financial Institutions Management and Professional Liability Lines
• 3+ Years of Experience Managing Underwriting Teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Develop and deliver an effective portfolio management framework for the Fintech vertical
• Deliver target GWP and loss ratios for managed portfolios
• Underwrite complex accounts and ensure adherence to Vouch’s strategy, guidelines, and reinsurance considerations
• Collaborate closely with the sales and Insurance Product Development teams
