Posting and Cleaning Operative

Summary

Join our team as a Posting & Cleaning Operative (PCO) at our Cardiff Depot, where you'll have flexible working hours, independent work, and a decent salary of £26,700.

Requirements

• Have a Driving Licence with no more than 3 points
• Have some experience in working outside in all weather conditions (not essential)
• Have driving experience using medium sized vans
• Have remote / lone working experience - unsupervised
• Be able to manage your time and plan your own workload

Responsibilities

• Be part of a multi-skilled team who are dedicated to ensuring our clients adverts are posted to a high standard and council bus shelters clean for our local communities to use all year round
• Manage your weekly 40 hours in a flexible way that works for you, following a simple repeated rhythm of 1 week posting and 1 week cleaning
• Work outdoors in all weathers, working alone on the round with just your van

Preferred Qualifications

Have industrial cleaning experience (an advantage)
