Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate in Indonesia that can ideally commit full-time for 3 to 6 months from June 2024
- Previous relevant internship experience in any HR-field is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening resumes, attracting and coordinating interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Manage the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), keeping the candidate database clean and updated
- Deliver great candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
- Work on employer branding initiatives and to attract applicants such as posting on social media about people and culture in Aspire
- Support the team with other ad-hoc recruiting operations, reporting, projects, and administrative matters
