Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-production workflows for Nebula Originals and other creator projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
• Work closely with producers to track schedules and update calendars across multiple projects
• Oversee quality control (QC) processes, reviewing cuts for consistency, technical issues, and brand alignment
• Organize and maintain digital assets across platforms like Dropbox, Frame.io, and Notion
• Assist with deliverables, including final cuts, trailers, and paperwork
• Maintain communication with production, post-production, and distribution teams through email, Slack, and Zoom

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of video editing workflows and an understanding of file formats and codecs
