Join Landed as a detail-oriented PPC Specialist with a strong technical background in Google Ads. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting ad accounts, ensuring proper structure, tagging, and compliance. Your expertise in conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM is crucial for accurate data collection. While the Marketing Account Managers handle keyword research and bid strategies, you will focus on execution and optimization. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing technical aspects, maintaining account hygiene, and ensuring compliance. Effective communication and collaboration are key, as you'll interact with internal teams and clients. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience managing Google Ads accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Ads accounts, including Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, including campaign structure, audience segmentation, and policy compliance
- Hands-on experience with GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking
- Ability to audit and maintain account cleanliness, ensuring proper tracking, exclusions, and spend allocation
- Experience managing disapproved ads, policy violations, and compliance issues within Google Ads
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Basic understanding of budget pacing and spend allocation tracking
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting tracking, attribution, and policy-related issues
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with both internal teams and clients when needed
Responsibilities
- Set up and structure Google Ads accounts according to best practices
- Maintain account cleanliness and ensure compliance with Google Ads policies
- Manage audience lists, exclusions, and tracking parameters
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Troubleshoot tagging and tracking issues to ensure accurate data collection and attribution
- Regularly audit ad accounts to identify and resolve errors
- Monitor and manage disapproved ads, policy violations, and compliance issues
- Assist with budget pacing and spend allocation tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Familiarity with landing page tracking & UTM parameters
- Basic understanding of ad copy best practices (though not responsible for writing)
