Requirements

  • Drive and interest in building relationships across media outlets and important industry media partners
  • A track record of being data-driven and rigorous with prioritisation and decision making
  • Operational and organisational skills to deliver on projects autonomously, and examples of following through on complex projects autonomously from past roles
  • Strong communication skills for building a network of key contacts and getting coverage for the Immutable brand
  • Ability to structure processes and playbooks to scale your impact through coverage from Tier-1 outlets

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media outlets, securing high-impact coverage
  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies, including messaging frameworks, campaign playbooks, and measurement systems
  • Manage partner communications, ensuring our partner games receive dedicated media attention and achieve their visibility goals
  • Establish scalable PR operations, including overseeing contractors or external agencies to enhance output
  • Track and analyse PR performance, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and improve media sentiment

Preferred Qualifications

  • A strong track record of securing Tier-1 media placements and crafting impactful narratives
  • Experience or passion in videography or photography
  • Deep expertise in media relations, including a well-established network of journalists and industry contacts
  • Experience tracking key metrics like Share of Voice, media sentiment, and earned media value
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling and accessible narratives
  • Proven experience in PR and communications or similar relationship driven work, ideally within the gaming, tech, or Web3 industries
