Summary

Join Eneba, a rapidly growing marketplace for gamers, as a PR Growth Partner. You will lead the development of omni-channel campaigns that drive brand trust and business outcomes, working cross-functionally with various teams. This hybrid PR and growth role requires launching creative initiatives, translating business milestones into compelling stories, forecasting campaign results, and building media relationships. You will own the entire campaign lifecycle, from ideation to reporting, and contribute to Eneba's B2B positioning. The role demands strong creative thinking, storytelling skills, and strategic planning capabilities. This is a hands-on, strategic role with a strong emphasis on creativity, ownership, and business impact.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in PR, communications, or growth-related marketing roles, ideally within B2C or B2B eCommerce, SaaS, or digital products
  • Hands-on exposure to B2B comms, brand positioning, and internal-external alignment
  • Track record of launching creative, multi-channel campaigns that go beyond awareness and deliver measurable business results
  • Strong creative thinking and growth hacking mindset — you see what others miss and bring bold ideas to life
  • Excellent storytelling and narrative-building skills; you know how to package product features or business milestones for multiple audiences
  • Strategic planning and performance analysis capabilities — from roadmap creation to post-launch reporting
  • Deep understanding of how to coordinate XFN marketing (Influencers, SEO, Product, Partnerships, Newsletters, etc.)
  • Comfortable owning high-level initiatives while executing hands-on
  • Familiar with performance tools like Mixpanel, GA, or similar analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of PR Growth Campaigns — from strategy and narrative development to execution and analysis
  • Launch creative, trust-focused initiatives across channels like Influencers, Product, Newsletters, SEO, Partnerships, On-site banners, and paid media
  • Translate product or business milestones into compelling stories and angles with measurable bottom-line impact
  • Forecast campaign results, define KPIs (e.g. GMV, ROAS, new users), and iterate based on insights from tools like Mixpanel and GA
  • Build and maintain strong media relationships, securing coverage in high-value outlets and platforms
  • Develop cross-functional campaign roadmaps and briefs that guide internal and external collaborators toward unified execution
  • Contribute to Eneba’s B2B positioning project in collaboration with the executive team and external advisors
  • Help build a scalable playbook for trust-based and milestone-driven communication campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in gaming, digital marketplaces, or trust-first consumer products
  • Existing relationships with media and editorial outlets relevant to our target markets
  • Familiarity with localization strategy, landing page messaging, and visual storytelling
