Requirements

  • Possess strong communication skills, ideally with prior experience in telephony
  • Have excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Work independently and in a structured manner
  • Be reliable, flexible, and a team player
  • Have a friendly and confident demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Make phone contact with existing customers and invite them to a personal appointment
  • Focus on inviting customers to a personal consultation appointment, not on selling products
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service, making customers feel valued and leaving them with a positive impression

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have completed training in the insurance sector
  • Have English language skills
