Pricing Operations Manager

Summary

The Pricing Operations Manager will help operationalize pricing changes and evaluate their impact at Coupa. Responsibilities include analyzing Gen AI usage data, monitoring deals discounts, managing quarterly price list updates, supporting existing SKU creation process, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate should have strong Microsoft Excel skills, communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business, Economics, or similar is required.

• Very strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
• Strong communication skills
• Attend to detail and documentation
• Passion for problem solving and active listening
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business, Economics, or similar

Responsibilities

• Analyze Gen AI usage data to evaluate product profitability
• Proactively monitor deals discounts to look for trends to optimize product pricing
• Manage quarterly price list updates, distribution and training process
• Support existing SKU creation process
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to gather insights, align pricing with sales strategies and support product launches

Preferred Qualifications

Some exposure to conjoint analysis and conjoint.ly software desired but not required
