Principal Consultant

Summary

Join H1's Strategic Insights team as a Senior Strategic Insights Manager and leverage your expertise to deliver data-driven solutions for life sciences clients. You will partner with clients, lead strategic discovery processes, optimize the user platform experience, and use data to solve complex business challenges. This role requires strong data analysis skills, experience in the life sciences industry, and excellent communication abilities. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project success and maximize value realization. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in roles related to data analytics, insights generation, or strategic consulting
• Proven experience working with clients to deliver data-driven solutions that solve business challenges
• Experience working on a cross functional team, with the ability to speak to engineers and data scientists
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into actionable insights, providing best-in-class solutions and ideas tailored to their needs and goals
• Lead strategic discovery processes to identify client needs and develop custom data-driven solutions
• Optimize the user platform experience by delivering bespoke analyses, data visualizations, and insights, offering proactive project ideas that support value creation and client expansion
• Use data to solve complex business challenges, particularly around scientific expert engagement and strategic collaboration
• Collaborate with H1 leadership and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, delivering results that meet client objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the clinical trial landscape and expert engagement strategies is a plus
