Summary
Join HubSpot For Startups (HSFS) team as a Partner Marketing Manager to drive qualified leads and new customers from top startup partners. You will carry a monthly target of HSFS qualified leads, create engaging content for startups, design scalable content campaigns, and collaborate with business development reps. Strategic thinking about content distribution across partner and HubSpot channels is crucial. Understanding partner goals and challenges is essential for success. This role offers remote work options within the US or in the Boston office.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partner marketing
- Knowledge of the venture capital and/or VC-backed US startup ecosystem
- Experience using HubSpot
Responsibilities
- Driving qualified leads and new customers from our top startup partners
- Carry a monthly target of both HSFS QLs with an expectation on growing the accounts your support YoY
- Creating content that resonates with startups and is promoted through our partners marketing distribution channels (organic, social, email)
- Designing content, campaigns, and plays that can become repetitive motions to scale our demand generation efforts globally
- Thinking strategically about how we distribute content through both our partner’s owned and HubSpot’s owned channels (organic, social, email)
- Close collaborating with business development reps in Americas who build relationships with each partner
- Continuously working to understand the goals, challenges, and pains of our partners and how we help them be successful
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of content marketing, event marketing, and/or affiliate marketing
- You are a talented copywriter, marketer, and overall storyteller
- Your decisions are driven by qualitative and quantitative insights
- Exceptional at working with cross-functional teams, an excellent communicator, and a strong team-first mindset
- Ability to persuade others on your ideas and seek buy in on your initiatives
- You are self motivated and goal oriented
- Fluency in Spanish
