Summary
Join Palo Alto Networks as a Principal Product Intelligence - Exposure Management and play a key role in providing detailed technical information to internal employees. You will work with innovative technology, redefining the future of cybersecurity, helping product teams build products aligned with market demand, and developing and delivering technical training for systems engineers. This role requires collaboration with various teams, conducting internal tests, documenting results, leading projects, building and maintaining technical lab environments, creating technical collateral, performing competitive analysis, and attending trade shows. You will be a subject matter expert on Exposure Management, providing product feedback for future development and supporting the field with relevant competitive content. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience in several key areas of cybersecurity and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 4 years of technical Hands on Experience on at least 3 of the following categories
- External Attack Surface Management (EASM)
- Vulnerability Management (VM)
- Risk-Based Vulnerability Prioritization (RBVP)
- Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)
- Attack Path & Exposure Simulation
- Security Assets & Configuration Inventory (ITAM/CAASM)
- Threat Intelligence Enrichment
- Policy Compliance
- Hands on experience running technical tests and build lab environments
- Experience on Documenting testing/outcomes
- Building and improving testing frameworks
- Understanding of SOC workflows & incident response process
- Competitive landscape awareness
- Experience Building gap analysis among solutions
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with strong presentation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Ability to reinvent yourself, learn and keep up with new technologies
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, product management, research, and additional teams to promote and bring innovation to the security space via the Cortex Platform
- Conduct internal tests, document results and lead discussions with stakeholders
- Coordinate and lead ambitious projects in a multi-functional capacity with other teams
- Build, update, upgrade, maintain and document highly technical lab testing environments
- Write and create high-quality and highly technical collateral, presentations, competitive and gap analysis
- Ongoing analysis of main Exposure Management competitors
- Collaborate with stakeholders and make sure deadlines are met
- Attend trade shows to educate employees and partners on core product differences and advantages
- Work closely with the Product Management organization and provide product feedback for future development
- Be a Subject Matter expert on Exposure Management and support the field bringing new technical relevant competitive content
