Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with cloud solutions, developer tools, or related platforms
  • Deep understanding of the user experience, with a strong empathy for users and their needs
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and articulating product vision and strategy to diverse audiences
  • Strong technical background, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to not only make data-informed decisions but also intuitively balance customer benefit and engineering complexity
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in product management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy that aligns with market demands and CoreWeaveโ€™s strategic goals & business objectives
  • Serve as the voice of the user community within CoreWeave, translating their feedback and needs into actionable product improvements and innovations
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of user-centric tools and platforms, focusing on usability, performance, and integration capabilities
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the end-to-end user journey on CoreWeaveโ€™s platform, from onboarding to deployment and scaling of applications
  • Stay informed about industry trends, user needs, and competitive offerings to ensure CoreWeave remains a preferred choice in the market
  • Utilize metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of the product, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve the product offering
