Principal Product Manager

Summary

Join DISCO as a Principal Product Manager to lead core-product experience and platform-level initiatives, focusing on building scalable solutions for long-term growth. You will be responsible for balancing core system capabilities with new product features that enhance customer value and efficiency. This role involves hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and system-level thinking to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with a blend of both core product and platform-level initiatives in high-growth environments
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects from ideation through execution, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement, leveraging user insights and analytics to iterate on product experiences

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for core feature and platform-focused initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet both immediate user needs and long-term strategic goals
• Engage deeply with users and stakeholders to identify pain points and uncover opportunities for impactful features that bring measurable value to the product
• Create and refine detailed product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for initiatives spanning core experiences and platform functionality
• Champion the development of reusable components and shared services, optimizing the platform to support current and future products across the portfolio
• Use data and product analytics to evaluate and adjust priorities, making informed decisions that maximize impact and align with strategic objectives. Establish KPIs to measure product success and drive data-informed decision-making
• Partner effectively across engineering, design, and GTM teams to ensure cohesive product execution
• Communicate product vision and strategic priorities to senior leadership, driving alignment, securing buy-in, and ensuring visibility on high-impact initiatives
• Provide mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of best practices, learning, and knowledge sharing
• Champion process improvements that elevate team collaboration and drive excellence in product management
