Principal Product Manager

Summary

Join our high performing product team at Forma as a seasoned Principal Product Manager to define and execute the vision for several critical aspects of our financial platform.

Requirements

• Expansive Product Mgmt experience: More than 10 years of direct experience as a Product Manager working on critical, complex and cross-functional initiatives
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with a deep understanding of platform architecture, data management, and system integrations
• Experience with High-Volume Services: Proven track record in managing and scaling services that handle large volumes of usage

Responsibilities

• Define Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate the vision for the financial platform
• Drive Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Money movement: Oversee how money move through Forma’s systems, providing good traceability, auditability and reliability
• Integration Management: Coordinate with partners such as banks, card issuer/processor and compliance to seamlessly integrate their solutions into our platform
• Security and Compliance: Partner with security and compliance SMEs in the company to discover, advocate, plan and deliver key product functionality
