Requirements
- Expansive Product Mgmt experience: More than 10 years of direct experience as a Product Manager working on critical, complex and cross-functional initiatives
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with a deep understanding of platform architecture, data management, and system integrations
- Experience with High-Volume Services: Proven track record in managing and scaling services that handle large volumes of usage
Responsibilities
- Define Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate the vision for the financial platform
- Drive Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
- Money movement: Oversee how money move through Formaβs systems, providing good traceability, auditability and reliability
- Integration Management: Coordinate with partners such as banks, card issuer/processor and compliance to seamlessly integrate their solutions into our platform
- Security and Compliance: Partner with security and compliance SMEs in the company to discover, advocate, plan and deliver key product functionality

- Strategic thinking: Ability to connect the dots, identify patterns, and translate them into actionable strategic initiatives

- Innovative Mindset: A passion for innovation, constantly seeking ways to improve and optimize the platform
- Customer-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those into product features and improvements
