Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years experience as a Product manager out of which 2+ years experience as a Senior Product Manager/Principal Product Manager and managed multi-million $ ARR B2B products previously
- Previous B2B SAAS experience or good understanding of building B2B products is required
- Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points
- Excellent business acumen, customer-centric, team and results-oriented
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy for the FREENOW B2B business product offering that improves efficiency and deliver great user experiences for our business customers
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics and data science to define an ambitious product strategy, develop and maintain a prioritised product backlog, and execute on delivering great experiences for users
- Be extremely customer-centric and able to empathise with customer pain points
- Have a very first principle problem solving mindset who is always challenging the status quo of doing things and has the ability to break a complex problem into smaller problems that can be solved efficiently
- Launch minimum-loveable-products based on quantitative and qualitative data on user behaviour and experimentation, as well as being able to continuously iterate your product to enable more delightful customer experience
- Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go-to-market activities for all marketplace products
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that the team's work is well-understood and well-supported
- Able to use data to drive decisions, measure product performance, and communicate impact and get buy-in from senior executives
