Summary

Join the team as Twilio’s next Global Voice Routing Principal Product Manager. This position is needed to be responsible for providing a best-in-class, industry pacesetting SIP Trunking service, augmented with SHAKEN/STIR call authentication frameworks, that powers the highest scale contact centers on the planet.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product for the Elastic SIP Trunking team based in United States
  • Responsible for the roadmap, requirements and prioritize releases for your engineering team
  • Write detailed and technical product requirements for your engineering team
  • Interface with 3rd party vendors
  • Run Looker (SQL queries) to track adoption, and success metrics, and KPIs. Create hypothesis and validate with data and customer testimonials
