Summary

Join HubSpot as a Principal Revenue Marketing Manager and lead marketing strategies for either the downmarket (small business) or upmarket (mid-market & corporate) segments. Partner with sales leadership, demand generation, product marketing, and integrated marketing teams to execute marketing plans that drive revenue growth. Develop data-driven campaigns, leverage AI tools, and build sales-aligned programs to accelerate deal creation and improve conversions. Success requires a deep understanding of the US market and customer buying behaviors. This role reports to HubSpot's U.S. Revenue Marketing Manager and requires working EST hours. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

  • ~7+ years of experience in revenue marketing (B2B), sales, sales management or sales enablement—preferably in SaaS and field-facing roles
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, sales methodologies, and go-to-market motions, with advanced revenue marketing knowledge and a proven track record of solving complex demand problems from both seller and buyer perspectives
  • Strong background with a examples of how you have delivered revenue growth by leveraging data analytics and AI for campaign optimization and customer segmentation
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage third-party data and AI tools to identify high-potential prospects and run effective sales campaigns
  • Deep understanding of the US market and how customers buy and engage
  • Familiarity with and experience of using modern GTM tools and platforms (AI-enhanced and multichannel)
  • Experience implementing AI tools and modern B2B technologies to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-segment initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to hold stakeholders accountable for developing and delivering programs within a high-velocity, shifting environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Inspires teams through change, leading by example, setting clear direction, and securing buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Solid business and sales acumen, with prior sales experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-change environments and is comfortable embracing ambiguity and shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Drive Segment Marketing Strategy
  • Develop & own revenue marketing plans—aligning deeply with sales teams to drive meaningful engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth
  • Develop differentiated approaches that account for the unique buying behaviors, sales cycles, and decision-making processes of either downmarket or upmarket customers
  • Build High-Impact Revenue Programs
  • Architect mid-funnel tactics and sales-aligned marketing programs that support deal creation and accelerate pipeline velocity
  • Leverage AI tools and database insights to create and deploy comprehensive, data-driven campaigns that target high-value prospects through personalized, multi-channel outreach
  • Scale Campaign Execution
  • Drive campaign execution and activation with sales teams
  • Build strategic prospecting programs enhanced by AI-powered targeting and personalization that scale effectively across different customer segments and deal sizes
  • Foster Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Business Development, Integrated Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing & Sales Strategy teams
  • Manage constant stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality programs and results to sales leaders while maintaining alignment across competing priorities
  • Drive high-impact revenue outcomes by fostering team accountability and alignment through clear goals and tracking progress against specific plays
  • Optimize Through Data
  • Leverage sales and marketing data to inform campaign strategy and identify high-impact opportunities
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings fluently to sales leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Continuously monitor and analyze KPIs, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance
  • Experiment relentlessly to test and optimize revenue tactics that improve deal creation, conversion, and rep productivity

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HubSpot platform and/or platform ecosystem is a plus

Benefits

  • Annual Cash Compensation Range: $114,000 — $182,000 USD
  • In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
  • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
