Join Superside as a Principal Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful field marketing strategies. You will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact events, trade shows, and VIP experiences to drive pipeline and strengthen Superside's presence in the enterprise market. Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or similar roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven success planning and executing events that deliver pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with executive stakeholders
- Creative, customer-focused mindset with a passion for standout brand experiences
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail across multiple events and priorities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 35% of your time for events and onsite activations
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Asana, and Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Execute and scale Superside’s field marketing strategy, with a focus on revenue-driving events and executive experiences
- Own end-to-end event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and budget tracking
- Design and deliver premium in-person experiences for high-value prospects and existing customers
- Lead Superside’s trade show presence—from booth execution to staffing, campaign alignment, and ROI measurement
- Partner with Sales, BDRs, and Customer Success to drive attendance, book meetings, and convert event engagement into opportunities
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to build integrated, multi-touch campaigns around each event
- Track and report on performance metrics such as pipeline generation, cost per opportunity, and influenced revenue
- Build scalable playbooks and operational processes to expand field marketing across new markets and teams
- Bring creative thinking to every event touchpoint to ensure brand consistency and differentiation
