Summary
Join Feedzai's People Team as a Principal Total Rewards and become a key architect in shaping the future of our people strategy. Design and deliver impactful total rewards programs that empower and inspire our workforce. This role involves creating meaningful rewards, ensuring our approach is competitive and equitable, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You will conduct market benchmarking, utilize compensation analytics, and lead the evaluation of internal pay equity. Design and oversee executive compensation programs, develop a global job architecture, and ensure compliance with global and regional regulations. This is a remote position.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, with expertise in analytics, executive compensation, and incentive design
- Experience in scaled, global organizations - youβve led compensation and rewards strategies in large, multinational companies
- Strong understanding of the US compensation market, including job leveling, pay bands, incentive structures, and compliance with US wage and labor laws
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global total rewards strategy that balances scalability, competitiveness, and financial sustainability
- Partner with People Partners and Talent Development to ensure our rewards programs reinforce career growth, performance management, and leadership development
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions around compensation, equity, and rewards
- Lead compensation programs that foster a culture of recognition, motivation, and high performance across a global workforce
- Conduct global and regional market benchmarking, ensuring our pay structures remain competitive across diverse locations
- Utilize compensation analytics and data modeling to assess the effectiveness of pay strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Lead the evaluation of internal pay equity, ensuring compliance with regulations such as US federal and state pay transparency laws, EU directives, and global equity policies
- Design and oversee executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term and long-term incentives, and equity structures
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and external advisors to ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, and other regulatory requirements for executive pay
- Support Compensation Committee and Board-level discussions by providing insights, benchmarking data, and recommendations
- Develop and maintain a scalable global job architecture, ensuring role clarity, progression paths, and fair pay structures
- Establish and manage salary banding and job leveling frameworks that support a rapidly scaling global organization
- Partner with People Team and Business Leaders to ensure compensation programs are adaptable to local market conditions while maintaining global consistency
- Ensure all total rewards programs comply with global and regional regulations, including US wage laws, EU pay transparency directives, and GDPR compliance
- Drive total rewards transparency, crafting effective communication strategies to help employees understand and value their rewards
- Partner with Finance to ensure cost modeling, budgeting, and forecasting for compensation and benefits programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience designing compensation structures in Europe, APAC, and emerging markets is a plus
- Deep expertise in sales incentive compensation, particularly in high-growth, global environments
- Experience designing and presenting executive compensation models, including stock options, equity grants, and bonus structures
