Summary

The Process Methodologist / Business process Analyst Intern role at Xsolla supports the Lean Agile Center of Excellence in identifying problems and needs for process improvements within Research & Development (R&D), enhancing efficiency by expanding the adoption of cutting-edge development practices across R&D domains.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field with a focus on process management, change management and Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in process analysis and improvement methodologies such as Agile
  • Experience or coursework in business process or change management
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques such as Kanban
  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data
  • Ability to document processes, create process flow diagrams, and maintain documentation accurately
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze problems and needs within R&D processes to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with TechLeadership to guide R&D operations, support in implementing improvements, and develop and document process guidelines and practices
  • Expand the adoption of cutting-edge development practices across R&D domains
  • Promote a culture of metrics-driven problem-solving within the R&D teams and create and maintain the knowledge base
  • Work closely with the Lean Agile Center of Excellence to support the integration of Agile methodologies and Kanban method
  • Assist in developing training materials and workshops to foster continuous improvement and innovation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, technology, or consulting, with exposure to process improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in applying Agile methodologies, specifically within R&D or technology-driven environments
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies
