Summary

Join Servus Credit Union, Alberta's largest member-owned credit union, as a Process Owner in the Productivity and Optimization department. You will be accountable for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of end-to-end processes aligned with organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, providing training, and ensuring compliance with process standards. You will monitor process performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure processes deliver intended outcomes. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in process management and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification are preferred. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, operational excellence, or a related role, with a background in cross-functional collaboration and performance monitoring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, or other process management certifications

Responsibilities

  • Accountability & Oversight: Consult with other process owners and oversee the end-to-end management of processes and procedures, aligning them with business objectives to ensure they achieve desired outcomes
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather feedback, provide necessary training, and ensure adherence to established process standards and procedures
  • Performance Management: Track and analyze process performance using key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

The business may periodically request department support for special projects or areas with staff shortages. Employees may be asked to volunteer, which could result in changes to hours, location, and travel
