Summary

Join METRO Global Solution Center as a P2P Deputy Process Stream Lead and contribute to the successful upgrade of METRO’s Finance to SAP S/4HANA. Support the P2P process stream lead in overseeing the entire P2P process, ensuring compliance and efficient procurement. Manage future roll-out waves for remaining Metro companies and optimize SAP AP and VIM modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support stakeholder management. Monitor P2P performance metrics and implement effective solutions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of P2P experience with SAP solutions, strong analytical and communication skills, and project management abilities. Excellent English is essential, and approximately 20-25% travel is required.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a P2P process stream with a proven track record in managing such processes and implementing SAP solutions. Basic knowledge of at least one P2P-specific industry solution is desired
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Languages: E xcellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel : Around 20-25% of working time

Responsibilities

  • Stand-in for P2P Process Stream Lead: support the stream lead in overseeing the entire P2P process, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and laws
  • Roll-Out Management : support the Process Stream Lead in managing the future roll-out waves for all remaining Metro companies
  • SAP AP and SAP VIM Module Optimization: Ensure successful implementation and optimization of these modules, providing guidance and support to the team on SAP functionalities
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
  • Support Stakeholder Management: support relationship management with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure that all P2P processes are integrated and synchronized with business needs
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze P2P performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management: Project management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team are preferrable. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
