Procurement Analyst in Philippines

Summary

Workwize is a company that helps connect companies with their remote employees by providing, maintaining, and managing all remote office equipment and services. The Procurement Analyst will join the team in the Philippines and have the opportunity to work hybrid between the office and home. Responsibilities include placing orders/reorders, interacting with suppliers, updating prices and stock on the platform, sanity checking internal procurement processes, and assisting finance with invoices. Requirements include experience with numbers and data, attention to detail, ability to follow processes, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, impeccable time-management, strategic thinking, versatility, and great relationship management. Preferred qualifications are 3+ years of related experience, preferably in Finance or a data-related role, and advanced speaking/writing in English. Microsoft Office skills and advanced Excel and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Placing orders/reorders and checking if processed correctly
• Being in direct interaction with Suppliers to source new products
• Updating prices and stock on the Workwize platofrm
• Sanity check internal Procurement processes
• Assisting finance with invoices (price, double billing, etc.)
