Summary
Join Brigit's growing team as a Product Analyst and become a key player in the development of our flagship Credit Builder product. Embedded within a cross-functional product pod, you will leverage your analytical expertise to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and influence product strategy. You will define success metrics, design tests, conduct data analysis, and communicate results to various audiences. This role requires strong SQL skills, experience in product analytics, and superior communication abilities. Requirements
- 3+ years in analytics with strong SQL
- Expertise in Product Analytics
- Superior communication skills - particularly the ability to succinctly communicate complex qualitative and quantitative information verbally, visually, and in writing for technical, business, and executive audiences
- Working knowledge of statistical concepts
- Expertise in exploratory data analysis
- Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests
- Practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies and frameworks
- Ability to synthesize often ambiguous problems and develop frameworks for decision-making
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and assert influence without authority
- Ability to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, often ambiguous work environment
- Strong sense of intellectual curiosity about our users and products, balanced with humility, drive, and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Become embedded with the CB product squad to become a key influencer, collaborator, and subject matter expert
- Define success metrics, design hypothesis-driven tests, and identify opportunities to better serve our customers
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to size up opportunities, identify root causes, and estimate the impact of various changes to KPIs and financials
- Develop dashboards to monitor metrics, the key levers/inputs into our forecasts and progress towards goals
- Communicate results through written and verbal presentations for a broad range of audiences - from technical to executive
- Become the key data partner for Credit Builder to finance, operations and compliance as necessary
- Lend your expertise to help your teammates and coworkers to improve processes and performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Python and ML
- Experience working with financial, B2C and/or Saas products
- Experience in a fast-paced consumer or fintech startup environment
